Rodrigo Moita de Deus is a Portuguese analyst, opinion maker and writer born in Lisbon, Portugal, in 1977.
Rodrigo wrote "Pax English" between 2017 and 2020 while travelling around the globe. He decided to write "Pax English" in Salvador da BaĆa, Brazil, recalling a chat with a barman, in Kilifi (a town on the coast of Kenya) on languages and tribes.
